If life is a race, then marriage is not the finish line, it is the start. It’s not the goal, it’s the beginning of you starting your own family with a person that you can trust with your life, and soon after, the life of a child.
And what is life before the starting line, then?
An athlete never comes to a race empty handed. One needs to get oneself prepared. Finding the right coach, the right team mate. Because like tango, you can’t do it by yourself. Years and years of self improvement, performance enhancement, endurance, trials, mistakes, perseverance, determination.
